Character Driven Media and Spotlight Academy have combined forces to provide you with a unique opportunity to be involved in our first annual Behind The Lens Film Slam for budding filmmakers, actors and editors. Spotlight Academy, owned by renowned actor Adrian Hough, will be providing the 'talent' with the skills and training needed to put together a stellar performance while Joan Herron of Character Driven Media will be giving an overall workshop for 'behind the scenes' production team members, beginning on Wednesday June 8th in preparation for the big weekend.
We'll go from initial concept to final frame, beginning on Friday June 10th at 6 pm and ending on Sunday June 12th at 8 pm, with the movie screening for parents and friends at 7 pm on Monday June 13th at Nanaimo Centre Stage, followed by our 'Awards Ceremony'.
The team will be made up of:
Lighting Designers and Gaffers
