Audio, visual and show services needed for BC 2009 World Police and Fire Games

The BC 2009 World Police & Fire Games (“BC 2009”) intend to prequalify and select a suppliercapable of providing audio, visual and show services for the 2009 Games. This RFQ isdesigned to secure pricing for various audio & visual equipment and services.It is the desire of BC 2009 to select a provider of these products based on responses fromthis RFQ, and enter into a business relationship for the provision of these products. Inaddition, the selected provider will provide complimentary consulting services, budgetdevelopment and cost reduction recommendations when requested for the duration of the project.
