Nepal International Indigenous Film Festival (NIIFF 2010)

Indigenous Film Archive (IFA) would like to invite filmmakers throughout the world to apply and participate in fourth Nepal International Indigenous Film Festival (NIIFF 2010). This NIIFF 2010 will be held on May 27-30 in Kathmandu with 2 days extensions in 6 different cities of Nepal.
The theme of the fourth Nepal International Indigenous Film Festival (NIIFF 2010) is “Indigenous Wisdom and Youth”. During NIIFF 2010, special events will be organized to encourage the older generation to tell stories to children and youth. The yough will host a technological workshop where they will share how techniques and technicalities can be used to conserve indigenous knowledge and wisdom.
We would like to invite indigenous filmmakers, indigenous elders and youth to take part in these events.
