Request for Proposal to execute and operate the BCLC 2010 Community Event program around the province of BC.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified vendor to execute and operate the BCLC 2010 Community Event program around the province of BC. The 2010 Community Events program is designed to bring the Olympic and Paralympic experience to communities across BC and must convey the spirit of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
The term of the contract will be two years with an option to extend for up to an additional one-year term.
In order to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal, Vendors are required to complete and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and fax it to 250-387-7309. The NDA must not be altered
