Berlinale Talent Campus
In just six years, the BERLINALE TALENT CAMPUS has given the Berlin International Film Festival a new hub of creative energy. The 2009 edition promises again to unite prominent and seasoned film professionals with an international community of emerging talents who work or study in the areas of scriptwriting, producing, directing, cinematography, acting, sound design, production design, film editing, composing and visual arts. Its six-day programme touches on the essential issues of filmmaking: the latest technical developments, creative tools, stylistic trends, new markets and philosophical perspectives.

Participants are also invited to apply to one of the HANDS-ON PROGRAMMES: TALENT PROJECT MARKET (in cooperation with the Berlinale Co-Production Market), VOLKSWAGEN SCORE COMPETITION, GARAGE STUDIO, SCRIPT STATION, DOC STATION and TALENT PRESS.
